Tipper Semi Trailer

Tipper Dump semi-trailers have several variants.

• Half pipe (Pool Type) Tipper Semi-trailers (Usually 24 m³ pool bottom for excavation transport 4 mm on the sides 4 mm HB 450 quality Hardox or equivalent wear sheet is optional. Back cover is hydraulic.)
• Box Dump semi-trailers (Option: Step Frame. This type of tipper semi-trailers are for general purpose use in the world. In terms of shape, BOX with the edge support.)
• Scrap Tipper Semi-trailers (Scrap tipper (Option: Step Frame) semi-trailer with accordion-shaped side covers made of HB 450 wear steel to be used for scrap transportation purposes.)
• Side Tipping Dump Semi Trailers (Used for unloading to the side area in various loads.)
• Half pipe, pool type ISOLATED Tipper Semi trailers (“Option: Step Frame” In cold countries, in order to prevent the cooling of the hot asphalt mixture, it is covered with a second layer of 100 mm thick insulated material on the outside of the pool. General capacity suitable for excavation is 24 m³ long type pool, pool floor is made of 4 mm sides 4 mm HB 450 quality Hardox or equivalent wear sheet. Back cover is hydraulically preferred. Tipper Box Material

• Base 4 mm HB 450 (Brinell Hardness Value: 450, Abrasion Resistant Steel), Side 4 mm HB 450 materials or request and are manufactured in accordance with the thickness value. Also Tipper Semitrailer addition steel 4 mm – 5 mm support is S355J2+N.

Semi Trailer Brake

• Brakes system is used according to the standards EEC 97/12, double-circuit pneumatic, EBS, WABCO is brand.
• While tipper semi trailer is unloading, suspension automatic to fall is standard.

Tipper Box Lifting

• 4 or 5 is lavel brand is “Hidrosir or Hidromas”.

Box Back Cover

• Mechanical open or hydraulic.
